Can 3G and Wi-fi Working at the same on the android?

The answer from question above is now, there is no method yet. But i think its possible. This is one of the project :

But i still cant implement the method in link above. I hope, soon, there is this a simple way to do this. So i can connect internet on android with my 3G and connect Local Network with wi-fi at the same time easy. Just like there is simple method with laptop or notebook.

Just like make the visitor counter, now this time, can be called flagcounter that can be get from flagcounter.com
